Profiles
I dont know about you guys but, this whole profile thing was rather boring and I didnt really like them at all. Thats all in the past now I think only thing I liked was that i learned that johnny depp used to throw temper tantrums on the set of that one tv series. I found that quite funny aprt from that the rest was kinda weird if you know what i mean, for example if I was a car owner of that rare car they were talking about I would be pretty freak about the idea that the mechanic im supposed to take my car to get fixed talks to cars. I wouldnt want to take my car there if anything that would make me not want to take it there. The fortune cookie guy was weird too ( who actually reads fortune cookies actually i do but i dont take them seriously) he said that if he didnt come up with new stuff people would stop eating fortune cookies... that was funny can you imagine you open a fortune cookie it says something like "today you will have a great day" and you say "damn i had this one last week, im never going to eat another fortune cookie again" exactly i cant imagine many people doing that i eat them because i like them not because of the fortune inside ( i sometimes forget it brings them and have nasty paper in my mouth). So basically those were my thoughts on profiles.

3 options 3 joruneys
Ive been asked (more like told but like to feel that im in control at least somewhat) to choose three experiences in my life so i can later pick one to write a pop culture memoir type thing on it. The first if these experiences i would like to talk about is the first and only time i was in a soccer riot back in '98 it was a pretty memorable experience filled with joy, frustration, tears, and lastly fear only problem is I dont know if that will count as a pop culture due to the fact that soccer isnt nearly as popular here in the U.S. than it is in other countries around the world. Enough about that lets look at my second option which deals with childhood affair (or obession, it doesnt really matter theyre both about the same) with Pokemon. Yea everybody that grew up in the 90s remembers those lovable cute monsters that we loved to see beat the living crap out of each other. Funny thing is that everybody got into this obession, love, crazed for these so called pocket monsters that we just had to have in every form and size. We had them on our candy, on our video games, on our pinatas (yes pinata for just a few bucks you got to hit a huge cardboard pikachu till candy fell out) on our blankets and the most important of all these the trading card game ( that nobody knew how to play and really didnt matter). Well that right there is the second option which is all fine and dandy which leads into the third and final option which is... Well right now im kinda stuck because i dont really know what to say. Oh I just got hit with inspiration ( if you want to call it that but then again it doesnt matter what you want to call it because thats what im calling it) my third option is about the time subject of moving that right this is for any of you out there who had to be yank out of the place you grew up, with familar surroundings and people that love you and put into a completely different place and where there is a new set a rules (a whole new ball game to put it into a sports analogy). Of course Im talking about the time i moved to a little state called Tennessee. There you have it those are my options all of my cards are on the table and hopefully if I dont forget next time im on this site you will get to here one of these into details. Oh and i almost forgot if you want, nobody forcing you, you can leave a comment asking for the one you want to here.

My History of writing
Hey, welcome to my blog my name is Ramon Damas, im 18 years old, of hispanic descent and Im currently attending Tn Tech in cookeville, Tn. This kinda the main reason that I am even writing this, its a writing assignment for my english class.Well over the course of the 18 years that i have walked this grand planet of ours I have had many encounters with the process known to many as writing, many of these encounters have been pleasant ones but the ones i remember most are ones I would like to forget. Like I said I have done some writing in my time and to some extent, apart from this, i still continue my writing but in the typical fashion that most people do. Most of my writing is in spanish, which i do because thats the language most people at my church speak so they need to know what writing. Now the writing that i never liked was the stuff at school now that writing was well not to friendly because it was forced writing with a rigid topic and strict boundaries that if we even thought about stepping out it meant failure. To me writing is something that should be forced upon someone ,when i say writing i mean the creative kind, because then it just takes the whole fun out of it. Now this leads me to the good of memories of writing which the few times that i have a weird feeling to just write most of the time poetry but its just for couple of minutes and only happened a handful times so dont expect to see a book full of poetry because i havent kept it i just kinda throw it away when i was done. so all in all my history with writing has been one filled with joy and sorrow.
