Superpowers and crying

For some unexplainable reason I really liked these two stories we had to read this time around. They were able to capture my imagination which by the way not many stories can do. The first one about blogging was not as good as the second one but it got the job done because i could actually see myself in my underwear fighting political crime from the comfort of my own home just add a cape and a obvious "secret identity" and I'm the batman of the internet. You probably can't tell from the last sentence but the first article was about how blogging is really able to make a impact on the real world even of the giants of the real world don't like to admit we can make a difference, and that is what I like about it. Who doesn't like the underdog story which is what the article was basically saying truly david vs goliath. It made feel that whatever it is that im writing on here can actually make people change their minds about something in a way blogging gave ordinary people superpowers, Now who doesn't like superpower and if you say you don't well my friend you are a big fat liar and your pants are most likely on fire. The second article touched my heart and made feel like a big loser because here where kids that did not have a place to stay where dirt poor more than usual yet were still able to pass class and make through college to a better life that's basically the script to some hollywood movie that is going to come out next summer but that were actually real. That article really opened my eyes because it addresses a problem I didn't even know existed but apparently is real big. As I was reading how those two students lived in the office of their professors I'm not gonna lie I got a bit teary eyed, so yea lets just say I'm really glad I'm not in that position and honestly we all are but I'm glad I read it, it gave me some new perspective that i will probably forget by this time next week but for the time I learned a valuable lesson and yea call me a sap for actually falling for the sad story but im a proud sap so deal with it
